These Terms of Use for Volunteers (“Terms”) describe the Services which Donate4Refugees (“D4R”) provide for grassroots volunteers ("Volunteers") registering at www.donate4refugees.org.uk (“D4R Website”). They set out the obligations of Volunteers, whether registered or unregistered charities, individuals, or groups of volunteers, when using this service. D4R is Charity Registration Number 1168435.

D4R is a no-fee grant-making service for mainly UK based Volunteers. The D4R services (“Services”) are provided for the sole purpose of supporting Volunteers in delivering humanitarian aid to Refugees in Europe.

 the provision of a Grant Application form provided by email or online
 promotional material relating to D4R
 the collection of charity donations via numerous payment channels – on and off-line
 the management and collection of Gift Aid from HMRC
 transfer of agreed Grant funds from D4R to Volunteers
